Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat. Sound simple, but as anyone who’s tried to lose weight, it’s not.
The problem is that for some of us, our bodies just plain don’t like losing wait. In my case, I’m a fairly active guy. When it’s sunny, I ride my bike. I’ve been known to dabble in a basket ball game or three as well. But I’ve always been a bit overweight.
I’ve tried losing weight for years. I’ve tied low card diets, calorie shifting diets, protein only diets, etc. I’ve also used supplements galore to try and get rid of fat. - Way too much stuff. I’m a big fan of getting a lot with a program, but there was too much for me to sort. It took me a little while to sort everything out and feel confident about where to start.
- Not an instant weight loss program – It took me a full week to see results.
Pros
- Shows you how to actually loose weight in a week – I lost about 33lbs in a single month.
- Drug and supplement free. I’ve had a fair share of weight loss programs that “suggested” you buy their miracle weight loss pills. Non of that BS here.
- Good price. It’s a one time buy and fairly cheap – unlike say having to buy expensive acai berries or weight loss pills every month.
- Lot of bonus material thrown in.
- Author was pretty honest about what goes on in the weight loss world. Really opened my eyes to the fact that you can’t trust weight loss companies – they don’t want to cure you.
Final Word
To conclude my story, I’ve lost over 45lbs and my current weight’s fallen from 230 to under 185. Right now, I’m on track for another 10lbs.
As someone who has tried for years to find the best way to lose weight, this program has been a god send (the friend that recommended me got several cases of beers). If the techniques work for a guy who has like me who couldn’t seem to lose weight no matter what he did – gym, diets, supplements, it will help you lose weight in a week.
